Winn Consulting and Services Inc. is an engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction (EPFC) company with facilities located in Jacksonville, Texas. WCS provides engineering design, modeling, control, and construction services to clients in the oil and gas industries. The facility covers approximately 60 acres. At the main office engineering, drafting, piping design, 3D modeling, procurement, and administrative services are provided.
